Our mission at Purely Care is to deliver the highest standards of care. We are passionate about enabling our elderly and disabled clients to retain their independence by remaining safely and securely in their own homes.

We provide private care services and home helps in Norwich and the surrounding areas and also accept local authority funded clients.

As a family run domiciliary care agency, our clients benefit from the committed, experienced and personal attention of the key people who run Purely Care: Elaine Grace and Raffy Hardy-Pearce.

Meet The Team.

Elaine Grace

Elaine Grace is our registered manager. She has been running domiciliary care agencies in Suffolk and Norfolk for more than 25 years. Elaine has experience of providing care for disabled children and adults. She also has management experience. Elaine’s qualifications include the level 5 diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and is also a qualified trainer. Having lived in East Anglia for over 40 years, Elaine has a good local knowledge. Running this care business allows her to both utilise her skills and give something back to the community. Raffy Hardy-Pearce

Raffy Hardy-Pearce is Deputy Manager. She has been working in care since 2010 and has experience in care homes as well as our domiciliary care agency. As a mother with a young son, Raffy finds that working for Purely Care allows her to utilise both her business and caring skills, and balance the demands of a growing family. Raffy has level 2, 3, 4 and 5 diplomas in Heath and Social Care. She has also completed NVQs in Customer Service and Team Leading.

During 2025 Raffy will be on maternity leave.

Laura-Lee Fish

Laura-Lee is our Recruitment Advisor. She has worked for Purely Care since 2020. Laura-Lee has had an involvement within the care industry since a young age due to her family carer responsibilities. As a Recruitment Advisor, Laura-Lee has a key role in recruiting care workers for Purely Care and also plays a large part in the retention of our care staff. She is proud to help us become the best home care agency in Norwich. She has a background in management and a passion to provide the highest levels of care, through finding astounding care staff.

Bella

 

Bella is from Portugal. She has lived in the UK since 2004 She regularly visits her home near Lisbon and has a daughter settled in Suffolk.
Bella is fluent in Portuguese and English She also is able to drive and is comfortable using wheelchair adapted vehicles.
She has been a live in carer with the company since 2011. Bella has worked with clients with a wide range of age and abilities. She is experienced in working with people with many conditions including dementia, anxiety, heart conditions, mobility problems, learning difficulties and cancer.
Bella has the ability to build good relationships with her clients and their families and is adaptable and flexible in her working practices. She is quiet and respectful, able to fit in with existing routines, she also enjoys housework and loves to hear stories of the old times.  An excellent cook, Bella prefers a Mediterranean diet herself but is fully able to cater for British tastes.
Bella’s previous experience includes raising two daughters, office work, factory work, farming, agricultural machinery sales, examinations invigilator and running her own restaurant for 18 years.
In her spare time Bella likes to read a good book, sometimes writes herself, enjoys television and listens to music.

Marco

Marco was born in 1966 in former Czechoslovakia. He inherited his caring genes from his mother who was a district nurse.

He speaks numerous languages and has been speaking English since 1980. He was educated in music and teaching and worked for 9 years as a professional opera singer. He has worked as a care and support worker since 2006. He completed his NVQ Diploma in Health and Social Care in 2008. 

As an experienced care worker he has a wide range of experience with clients with all types of medical conditions. He is able to drive. His interests include music and literature, and he is a keen cook. He enjoys sports particularly skiing and running and watching snooker and football.
